A residential complex designed by OAB in Le Barcarès. Originally a small fishing village, Le Barcarès is today defined by its strong natural identity and preserved biodiversity. The project responds to this eco-responsible context, integrating architecture and landscape through a sensitive and sustainable approach.

OAB is an architecture studio based in Barcelona, founded by the renowned architect Carlos Ferrater together with his partners Xavier Martí, Lucía Ferrater, and Borja Ferrater, with a strong international trajectory and a body of work widely awarded and published.
