Ladbroke Grove is a mixed-use regeneration project in west London by FaulknerBrowns, transforming a former industrial site into a green, connected neighbourhood with housing, public spaces, and strong links to the canal and surrounding city.

FaulknerBrowns is an international architecture and design studio founded in 1962, with offices in Newcastle, Dublin, Vancouver and Dubai. The practice is known for creating socially engaging, purposeful buildings and places across scales and uses, with a focus on community impact, sustainability, and a thoughtful response to context and human experience.
